The apartment is located on rue Saint Jacques. There are no restaurants or night clubs right under the apartament. It is a quiet apartament but there is noise from the traffic when the windows are open. Rue Saint Jaqcues is not a big boulevard.
Conditions for reservation and payment.
To reserve the apartament we require a fully refundable security deposit of
- 1 week stay 400 Euro
- 2 week stay 400 Euro
- 3 week stay 700 Euro
- 1, 2 or 3 month stay 1000 Euro
When we receive your security deposit we send you a contract.

Payments may be made by
- paypal ( with a surcharge of 3,4% for paypal expenses)
- bank wire
The security deposit may be fully refunded upon your departure after inspection of the apartament.
The security deposit acts as the reservation to the apartament. In case of cancellation 30 days in advance of scheduled sojourn the deposit is fully refunded; In case of cancellation 14 days in advance the deposit is refunded 50%. In case of cancellation 7 days in advance the deposit is refunded 30%; cancellaton after 7 days no refund is available.
